Bentyl works perfectly for me. Donnatal helped also

My Doctor prescribed Bentyl. It helps with stomach pains.

Thank goodness I do not suffer from the stomach pains.At the onset of bloating I give up coffee and drink tea.also water with lemon gets the gas flowing. I try to not each much.I get so bloated at times that I feel I am going to pop.

i take Anaspaz, also listed as Hyoscyamine, for the cramping. It works pretty well for me.

There's a lot of medication for it not heard of some of these! Mebeverine is rubbish! Peppermint oil capsules are good I drink a lot of peppermint tea too. Rubbing my stomach in circles clock wise can give a bit of release was told to do it for my son as a baby for colic.! Exercise helps too dosent have to be energetic a good stretch even helps release wind for me. Good luck :)
