Since I was prescribed Viberzi about a year ago, my life has been so much better. It works for me almost 100% of the time. I love it. I can go to the mall, to a restaurant and have almost no problems. It’s the best med that has worked for me. At first it wasn’t covered by my insurance but I was given a discount so it was doable. Viberzi worked wonders for me but I got pancreatitis. I hope something similar comes out soon.
They have coupon online for $30 for 90 day supply if you take 100 mg 2x daily go to 1.5 half pill a day and 1 pill every day
Dont know of any alternative. Depending on your income i was told you could contact the company that makes it and they might have a program to get it alot cheaper. Does not harm to ask! Best of luck!

Are you able to get coupons from the manufacturer on-line? There are other sources available for discount on Viberzi on-line! If you talk with the company, maybe they can help you with a better discount. It never hurts to ask. They may be able to provide more benefits than what they give with the discount coupon for Medicare patients. Check the App, or online at Good Rx, too. They offer better discounts at different pharmacies. Fingers crossed!
I just wanted to add that Viberzi worked for the first few days and I thought we had the answer for my IBS-D. I ended in the hospital for 8 days with pancreatitis. It was awful.
