I know how you feel been having the same problem. You should stay away from cheese and any starch cause that can stop you from going. I started to incorporate more olive oil and drinking hot water with lemon which is starting to help. If you have nausea try a ginger tea or candied ginger. I sort of do too. I’m always constipated, but when I finally go wether if from a laxative or on my own (which is usually never) I almost always get super nauseous before and after, and the nausea lasts pretty much all day.
