i find tumeric helps and Ginger capsules. The ginger has to have Gingerols and Shogaols.as they were studied in regards to IBS and help with spasms and digestion. I use Pure Synergy Ginger found on amazon.. The tumeric I use is by youth theory. Hope it helps!
