Hi ..so i started shaking at work and it didn't calm down ...can this be due to ibs ? When I'm nervous i shake ..when I'm exited i shake ...why ?

I don't shake but I get hot and start sweating. I know it's anxiety but I don't know what to do about it. It's gotten worse as I've gotten older. Maybe because I'm so insecure in whatever I do because of my age. I feel like people look at me and wonder how someone my age could possibly do something right..
