Hello Dearest Friends, hope everyone is good for the July 4th holiday. I am staying home just like always. My IBS has been good for the most part. My husband can really push my buttons. He spent 31.00 dollars on a product without telling me. It is suppose to help with constipation. He doesn't know what the name is or ingredients. Have been mad for days now. He pays no attention when I am suffering, no hugs or anything lovable. He could have bought flowers or jewelry for that price. I refuse to even try it because my IBS has been manageable. 😬😬😬😬. Not really talking to him now till I work this threw. It really hurt me. On the up side have a dear friend back in my life. She showed up at my door and we talked. Nine years ago our friendship ended in anger. So happy to see her. We walk outside 3 times a week. So glad to have her back in my life. Glad for this loop in my life too. Love JAnneR
