Ibs Solution
I was looking at a supplement called ibs solution and there were a lot of really good reviews on this. Has anybody on here tried this and if so did it help you? I'm thinking of trying this.
I haven't tried it yet. I was wondering if anyone else has tried it and if it works.
I was talking IBGARD and it has peppermint oil pellets in it. I had to take it with food for it not to cause heart burn. I went off of it because I was finding the pellets undigested in my stool. I have an issue with many foods supplements and medications not digesting properly. Has this IBS Solution worked for you?
AnnetteandJimFritzen, There is no peppermint oil in it. The ingredients are, Slippery Elm, Aloe, Inulin a prebiotic, Chlorella,Ginger, Hyssop leaf, Psyllium, Acai, Walnut Hulls, Papaya, & Lycopene. If you go online and look it up it tells what all those things do for you. I can't take anything with peppermint because I also have gerd and peppermint makes that worse. Let me know what you think.
It is worth a try. Does it contain Peppermint oil?
