talking with doctors since I have had IBSD 65 years I am 70 now they said IBS can be caused by stress.
I have to agree when I am stressed I can't stop going and have terrible pain.
wine I don't think so but then again I'm not a doctor.

My husband also blames wine
But it’s no different if I don’t
🤷‍♀️
I have IBSD every day of my life
It doesn’t matter what I eat don’t
Eat or drink tried all diets meds etc
And don’t eat when out
Sometimes I will take gastro stop
If it’s a special occasion and have had
Been
As they can cause the opposite
I also suffer headaches and fatigue after
Episodes 🙄😏
Had MS for 33yrs
Osteoporosis and fibromyalgia
I’m 63yrs old
And can feel very isolated at times and miss out on a lot
With family my grandsons and going to Physio and out to dinner with friends 😢
