Hi! I don't remember having any childhood trauma, but I have read that it could be one of the causes of IBS.

T hank you Mary. It seems when I'm stressed out, or having to deal with the affects of childhood trauma, I get flare ups. Going through a class which is bringing up a lot of the childhood trauma.
