Hi Donna,
My state legalized Marijuana for medical use only. My Gastroenterologist suggest that I use it. For me it doesn't help the constipation, but it does help with the stomach pain and headaches. I actually get relief until it wears off. The only drawback is you get the muchies and end up eating anything that you can get your hands on (LOL) which we know is not good for us IBS sufferers. 😩
BUT......I feel the good outweighs the bad because I get relief if not for just a few hours.
I say give it a try and just try to limit yourself to only eating the foods your gut can tolerate. Easier said than done!
Best wishes!

I don't know anybody who has used this for IBS. Have you? Marijuana is legal here in Michigan. I have used it for my anxiety and it does help, but I don't use it on a regular basis. This would be interesting to know if it has helped anyone.

Thanks Carol for your reply. I am planning on talking with my doctor about this and see what he says. I am always on the lookout for anything that helps.
