Stress Aggravates My Gut. I Have Exercises To Do But Sometimes I Don't Feel Like Getting Out Of Bed.

I drink probiotics to relieve some stomach problems. I also take Percocet to relieve pain. My primary doctor recommends I find a therapist to discuss my problems with. I've yet to find someone. Actually when I can talk to someone about my pain, it begins to dissipate. I am very unhappy with my body pains. No one understands my needs. Often when I follow an IBS diet I still react poorly with loose stools and cramps.

Hang in there! I totally agree that no one understands the pain associated with IBS.
They think it is all in your head. I do agree that flares do cause alot of anxiety for me and only worsens the underlying condition. Hope you can find someone to talk
to! Right now just getting thru the flares is about all I can do and enjoy the better
days of this frustrating disease.
