I have low vitamin D and magnesium, yes. I've been taking them for a long time, but sometimes I have these periods where I'm low mentally and I'm not sure if my mind is dictating it or the gut. One GI suggested once a meidicne for anxiety, but I felt horrible. Other suggested a medicine usually used for depression, but I didn't dare to try it. I was scared of negative effects.
