Come off all processed foods cook from scratch, you need hi protein foods to give you energy. Eggs meat chicken rice, and no bread, you can make fluffy buns with potatoes mix with cottage cheese and raising agent, black pepper, add more cheese roll into a ball, glaze with butter, add more cheese for making lovely, bread . No flour needed, the fill out bread with stuff to make bread last longer on the shelves.as they do with anything processed. This is what your body is telling you it can't process so tummy cramps, and bloating loads of toilet paper. Let your tummy be your guide. Pain = you can't eat it. If you do you will get sicker. Coffee was mine, so went onto decaffeinated and try soya, or almond milk. Or black. Let your tummy tell it what it can eat without pain. Try one thing at a time, so you can isolate easily, which and what upsets your tummy.
Try to use everything medicationwise holistically plant based, Chinese medicine or other interesting method of yester year. They worked 💪, your very sensitive to things. Go onto face book for methods of eating fresh, using herbs not other crap, you really have think this is my body, I won't feed it crap. Chips are fine, fried in veg oil, salt or vinegar. Add egg, see if bacon is OK, but not loads of processed food. Your skin and hair nails will start to improve. Don't forget your fighting malnutrition. They are kind er to your tummy, vegetarian gmo free so kind er and got more in them than conventional chemically based ones, which never did a thing to me. My weak moments vanished in time, dizzy spells stopped, drink plenty of sparking water, maybe with fresh orange or lemon, wash first, as might have wax products on them even apples they spray with red stuff, to make product not go bad to quick and you buy because it looks healthier. If you grow your own all the better.
Tooth paste, no, use one without fluoride, because too much can cause Teeth to rot, as it already has it in our drinking water. I get mine from Temu, and it helps bad breath and help repair teeth, and gums don't spit it out, as it works on stains the purple one does if you want them whiter use lemon ,& bicarb soda. Pleasant tasting too.milder.
Get well and also after three month of taking those multivitamins I no longer had seasonal effective disorder. Which is lack of natural daylight as its got what's needed in those multivitamins that my blood work showed was missing.
We are severely effected by processed foods, and the crap they put in it for profit,, they don't seem to care what's its doing to us, that's why usa people get so fat,, it's processed foods.
Here for you anytime. I know exactly what you’re going through. But all I can say is maybe try to get a dietitian- it won’t work all the time (in my case) but maybe it will help with the food issue.
Every other thing we learn as we go. I have had ibs all my life and sometimes I don’t know how I get through the day.
Sending you warm hugs 🤗
