I use a Fiber Tab form. The tablet is large and sometimes difficult to swallow, but usually is less messy and awkward than using Citrucel suspension in water or OJ.

I am trying a supplement by the name of Best Days Formula by Law of Nature. It seems to be making everything worse. Has anyone had success with anything?

I am at a bit of a loss here. I have been on this "investigation" of why my stomach sucks for the last 2 years but have suffered silently for the last 15 years.

Hello, I have been diagnosed with IBS-C and acid reflux. I have had an abdominal myo 7/14/20 to remove fibroids and I was in the hospital for one night. The day before I had to do a liquid diet starting at noon and I had to drink 2 Magnesium Citrates. All went well with my surgery. Since then I've been dealing with heartburn and acid reflux.
