Hello, I have been diagnosed with IBS-C and acid reflux. I have had an abdominal myo 7/14/20 to remove fibroids and I was in the hospital for one night. The day before I had to do a liquid diet starting at noon and I had to drink 2 Magnesium Citrates. All went well with my surgery. Since then I've been dealing with heartburn and acid reflux. I am at a bit of a loss here. I have been on this "investigation" of why my stomach sucks for the last 2 years but have suffered silently for the last 15 years.
I have had an endoscopy done a year and a half ago. This revealed a hernia in my stomach. There was not much mentioned to me about this, if it was of any cause for concern or how to manage any symptoms that I am having that could be related to it.
