Any cheese makes my IBS Day awful the next day feel bad for 3 days afterwards. Ok with milk yogurt butter etc , so not a lactose problem. Any suggestions?

Peggy Lancaster , may I ask what kind of diet your on. My husband has parkinsons and Ibs and nothing has helped .
The doctor has not suggested any diets
I wouldn't say I have a flare up everyday or extreme pain, but I definitely do have abdominal discomfort at least 6/7 days of the week. I'm new to this diagnosis and am just trying to figure out what is common/normal for this.
Any information/testimonies would be great
I have pain pretty well everyday but when it is really bad I have to stay in bed.

can any one recommend a good tablet of some sort for bloating and severe stomach cramps buscopan no longer works for me mabevarine also don't work iv had another but made my tummy pains worse I have tried typical ibs relevers from chemists ? thank you and hope all having a good day
i take Anaspaz, also listed as Hyoscyamine, for the cramping. It works pretty well for me.

Is it safe to take more than 4 a day?
I use to take Bentylol about 6 times a day if it was bad .but it discontinue in Canada . Are u in canada
Dr prescribed me a blue pill it does not help.
