I drink a 10oz bottle of magnesium citrate (i cant stand the taste) once a wk. I also take probiotic colon health, docustate prescribed by my dr (both daily) , magnesium citrate pills (daily), n drink smooth move tea once a wk. The only things that really give me noticeable relief is the magnesium citrate drink n smooth move tea. Plz help!
Any cheese makes my IBS Day awful the next day feel bad for 3 days afterwards. Ok with milk yogurt butter etc , so not a lactose problem. Any suggestions?

I have no diet as I dunno if anything upsets my stomach I can eat the same things and then some days have a flare cant seem to find a pattern :( but never know what to eat after one usually I go with out food for rest day or following day because to scared to eat :(
