What laxatives have given you fast relief n very effective?

I drink a 10oz bottle of magnesium citrate (i cant stand the taste) once a wk. I also take probiotic colon health, docustate prescribed by my dr (both daily) , magnesium citrate pills (daily), n drink smooth move tea once a wk. The only things that really give me noticeable relief is the magnesium citrate drink n smooth move tea. Plz help!

Cheese really upsets. Milk ok

Cheese really upsets. Milk ok

Any cheese makes my IBS Day awful the next day feel bad for 3 days afterwards. Ok with milk yogurt butter etc , so not a lactose problem. Any suggestions?

I have ibsc a few months now constantly annoying always bloated as if I'm ready to give birth I'm on fibregel sachets movicol busicpan colofac I've tryed lactose milk for a few weeks but no different can cacanyone give me advice on wat could help severe pain constantly awful back pain due to swellen stomach and need tips on to lose weight to see will it help

B12 helps clear up constipation, diarrhea and bloating after meals.

Just wondering if it works for helping with IBS.

Food after a flare

Food after a flare

once you have had a flare do you eat that day or following day and what do you eat ?
I have no diet as I dunno if anything upsets my stomach I can eat the same things and then some days have a flare cant seem to find a pattern :( but never know what to eat after one usually I go with out food for rest day or following day because to scared to eat :(

The diet seems to be really geared towards IBS-D especially from what I can tell. I know when I first tried doing it it helped the bloating, but made everything else worse, because I was following all the low fiber (and often pretty heavy) recipes on Pinterest... not great for constipation or someone whose gut is triggered by heavy foods. this is so embarrassing but I get severe rectal burning while going to the bathroom and for the whole rest of the day and afterwords does any one else experience this? its awful and painful ! atm my stomachs in nots so suffering a flare so gta keep using loo but my rectum also swells up terribly any ideas to help this or what it is? thank you x
