How Many Of You Have Pain Every Day?

A myIBSteam Member asked a question 💭
Hamilton, ON

I wouldn't say I have a flare up everyday or extreme pain, but I definitely do have abdominal discomfort at least 6/7 days of the week. I'm new to this diagnosis and am just trying to figure out what is common/normal for this.
Any information/testimonies would be great

When You Have Pain, What Position Gives You The Most Relief While You’re Waiting To See If Your Medication Actually Helps?

A myIBSteam Member asked a question 💭
Milwaukee, WI

I frequently use a heating pad or heated blanket across my stomach and, usually, I feel the least pain sitting hunched over myself, like crunching my stomach. My pain is most often in my upper GI area between the bottom of my ribs and my belly button. That also causes nausea, so I take Zofran (ondansetron) often.
