Forgot to add i have recently been prescribed Mabeveriine Hydrochloride 135 mg x 3 and Amitriptyline 10mg. The latter helps relax me at night and the other helps reduce constipation.

B12 helps clear up constipation, diarrhea and bloating after meals.

Just wondering if it works for helping with IBS.

I do two things, Natural Calm (magnesium citrate) taken twice daily. Then I have been trying a new fiber called Pinch Magic fiber.. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, that is imperative!

I have been struggling more than normal these past few months! I just can't seem to get on top of these symptoms. Try are hitting me at all hours and unexpectedly. From bloating to severe pain to indigestion to severe diarrhea to severe constipation. Everyday is a complete struggle.
