Does Anybody Else Find Sugar Causes Crippling Stomach Pain
A myIBSteam Member asked a question 💭

Everytime I eat sugar in any form my stomach swells and I suffer crippling pain, nothing eases it. I try to avoid sugar as much as possible but because I'm so hormonal I tend to crave it occasionally. :(

This is an interesting read. Ive noticed mine doesnt have a pattern which can be so frustrating. Sometimes im good with certain foods and other times they leave me in agony. Sometimes wish if i knew trigger foods itd be easier to avoid and prevent the huge amount of pain x

Yes, I think sugar triggers my ibs... I've read that chocolate is not good to eat for people with ibs.
