"I am trying to eliminate white sugar from my diet. I do not know yet if eliminating white sugar is helping any. I have only been doing that for about 5 days. I put honey in my coffee. Honey does not seem to upset my tummy. I eat very little chocolate. I never thought I could give up chocolate but I did." -A member of myIBSteam
