I don't have ibs-c, I have ibs-d, and I know that coffeee is a major trigger for me. Like if I drink any amount I have to be close to a bathroom. I know it's helped others with c, so I would definitely try it!

I drink coffee every morning; but I have to be careful what kind/flavor of creamer I add to it bc it if I'm not careful it cause me to have an episode and with me still recovering from my stroke I had almost 3 years ago, running is too difficult for me w/o help of getting my pants etc down in time before I let loose
