A myIBSteam Member asked a question 💭

I have had IBS for several years. Recently I havent wanted to eat much because of the pain after I eat. I also have Acid reflex and PCOS. I try different things but everything seems to make the pain worse and i get really bad cramps that make me double over a lot...i also throw up a lot of things i eat cause of the pain any suggestions

My old GI created something called 'tummy drops'. They are like a cough drop but made out of natural ingredients. You can order them on Amazon. The ginger ones are for nausea. I am never without them and even carry them in my purse. They really help with the nausea.

I have to each what I eat also. Lots of veggies, no bread. Drink lots of water.Fish is good. Grilled goods are great. Its hard to stay on a diet! I take prilosec twice a day plus a probiotic and a probiotic for my tummy. Good luck!
