Has Anyone Tried Peppermint Pills For Relief?
A myIBSteam Member asked a question 💭

Hello! I have just been recently diagnosed with ibs-d, and am still trying to figure things out. I’m not on medication yet, but am slowly learning what is triggering flare ups. My question is has anyone tried peppermint pills when you start to feel it coming on? Do they help at all? I always know when one is going to come, so I would like to lessen the effects until I can control it. Thank you!

I got some from Amazon. I was debating whether to get them or not. I finally did and they really help! The ones I got were called Heather’s Tummy Tamers.
