Thanks for your reply. So as long as you don’t cheat you don’t have any flare-ups? I’m ok with dairy. I eat yogurt everyday. It’s more like increased sugars like chocolate but some days I’m fine even if I cheat with chocolate. I do feel better if I stay completely away from that which you think would be easy to do but not always. Lol

This time of year meaning Christmas will be really difficult not attempting to eat the good things like Chocolate, I know I certainly love my Chocolate.
I am on it. Gluten free and no dairy. Also medicine to help with GERD and IBS. When I cheat, I feel worse. Really have to think through what goes in your mouth! Monash University has a download to help with what you can eat. Also found a cookbook.
