Do You Think Giving Up Sugar Will Help My IBS ?

Do You Think Giving Up Sugar Will Help My IBS ?

It depends on the individual and what causes your flares. For some people like myself it's Gluten, Dairy, eggs, high fructose corn syrup, preservatives, and wine. For others it may be caffeine, sugars, sauces, dressings, etc. I also have issues with fiber... it's supposed to be good for you but for me it's like the enemy. So it really depends upon each body.
