Yes! Sugar feeds bad bacteria which in turn releases gases and sugar feeds cancer. It also roughens up coronary arteries

All that you said and more depends on the day stress and anxiety play a big part for me and I really don't have that much to be stressed about except when is it going pop up where can I go and how far away all those things. I worry too much I know. Then I do not dare go to pool as never know when I am having a bad session of IBS D I WALK IN THE POOL FOR ONE AND A HALF TO 2 hours oops hit caps sorry. I feel better when I do that. Thanks for all the hugs.💕💕🤗

It depends on the individual and what causes your flares. For some people like myself it's Gluten, Dairy, eggs, high fructose corn syrup, preservatives, and wine. For others it may be caffeine, sugars, sauces, dressings, etc. I also have issues with fiber... it's supposed to be good for you but for me it's like the enemy. So it really depends upon each body.

Yes!! Sugar is harmful. It breeds bacteria which causes gas
