My ibs has been out of control lately but I definitely know food is a trigger especially sugar. This time of year is especially hard as everything is about food and I find myself not eating just to avoid having a issue but we know not eating can also cause gas build up and that can also get ibs going. I also take Imodium before events so I won’t have to worry about having diarrhea and not being close to a bathroom.
Thank you Carol was hoping someone could share that they do it that way I know it would be okay for me :) I have taken it before but didn’t always work I have to travel on Saturday and Sunday so maybe I will start off with 2 as that is the first dose and take 1 on Sunday Just want to enjoy the holidays without having to get off the highway and panic having to find a bathroom especially on Christmas 🎅. Thank you for everyone who responded. We have to continue to share and support. Merry Christmas and all the very best in 2023. May our stomachs and ibs be a little kinder on us lol
I take Imodium all the time because I'm afraid of the explosion of diarrhea. Right now I think it's backfired and I have terrible constipation.
