I have IBS-C and what can I eat so I don’t get stopped up in my intestines or colon also I have short gut syndrome I know cheese will do me more harm than good and I have to take some kind of medication to make my bowels move, thank you

I’m being taken that now and it works good for me it keeps me going and a regular base now

I take metamusil 3 times a day. Sometimes it works I seem to be throwing it up now. Does anyone have answers. Thank u
