I have used Tramadol as a pain reliever- (I use Tramadol for joint pain/ arthritus and other pains. but it does help.

Neither has helped me and I am out of answers. Have used 2 tabs of vicadon since last Thursday May 2nd. Half lasts me 40 hours. No pain anywhere in a week. Getting some sleep and eating a little without diaherra. Holding my breathe it works. Do you have any info on pain killers and IBS. 73 years of age. First script ever of painkillers. A little scared of side effects. Thx.

The problem with narcotics for me is they are only temporary and cause great constipation. And I've discovered that they don't fully relieve my pain. Dicyclomine or Bentyl helps with the cramping pain of IBS.
