Hello! I have had IBS for the last 7 years after my small bowel resection. I have also had my gallbladder removed and hernia surgery. I was recently diagnosed with severe gastroparesis. I will go several days without eating because of nausea and no appetite. From what I've been reading what may be good for IBS may not be good for gastroparesis. Hi Paula my name is Cortez I understand what your going through it's hard to find something to eat due to my ibs d i would say try salmon and rice
And then the next day try chicken there's articles on this website to help out also hang in there I'm sorry you are going through this I'm going to pray for you
