I have IBS-C and what can I eat so I don’t get stopped up in my intestines or colon also I have short gut syndrome I know cheese will do me more harm than good and I have to take some kind of medication to make my bowels move, thank you
I’m being taken that now and it works good for me it keeps me going and a regular base now
I can’t take it either . Makes me sick and awful cramps

Forgot to add i have recently been prescribed Mabeveriine Hydrochloride 135 mg x 3 and Amitriptyline 10mg. The latter helps relax me at night and the other helps reduce constipation.
Hello. I have ibs-d and aside from bentyl I don't really take anything aside from occasional Imodium. My doctor recommended probiotics and I was wondering if anyone had had any relief with them. If so, what kind? Thanks!

I am at a bit of a loss here. I have been on this "investigation" of why my stomach sucks for the last 2 years but have suffered silently for the last 15 years.

It's kind of hard to explain, but throughout the day I'll get these little "bursts" on the right side of my abdomen that sound like little farts, for lack of better words, coming from inside my abdomen. It's not like a regular rumbly tummy, but like little gurgly pop sounds and feels like shifting going on. My GI is kind of tired of me and says I'm just stressed from all my jobs. One of my triggers is salad, But salad with in an hour goes threw me. Dose any one else have this kind of a trigger?
I am lactose intolerant but take lactase tablets with good effect. Also I use lactose-free milk.
anyone on laxido ? or any laxatives constantly ? do.you have any side effects with them ? and.does.it cause any damage im only aloud to take water based ones due osmotic ones cant.take anything else nothing thats harsh do you find it causes even more bloating and feeling even more drained and dehydrated after going so many times to the toilet or caused a flare I may go four to five times due to laxatives but then I will still end.up having a flare and glued to toilet x

I am not aloud to take any harsh laxatives ans senna is based as a harsh laxative I can only take osmotic laxatives water based ones...my bowels easy irritated due to chronic constipation so I cant… read more
