My stomach hurts so bad. What do you do to help ease the pain?

Heating pad, pillow on tummy and lay on your left side in the fetal position. Or try an epsom salt bath first to try to relax. If the pain is too much go to a freestanding ER if you can.

I thought so, I have gone back to taking loperamide every morning, but if i am going to eat out a have a dose Mebverine. I have also recognised that stress triggers it. Smaller meals has also been helpful.

Mine usually somewhat calms down with Bentyl for the spasms and Tigan for nausea. I haven't found anything yet that works for gas and gurgly stomach. :-/
