Ive been to the gp and he diagnosed me with fibromialgia. He said I have all the aches and pains: joint pain, fatigue, memory loss, anemic, bowl disorder, skin rash and problems sleeping. He gave me new meds for a month and then we will look at the road ahead. He said that 80% of people in US with IBS, also suffer from FMS. Are you familiar with FMS and IBS?
