B12 helps clear up constipation, diarrhea and bloating after meals.

Just wondering if it works for helping with IBS.

Hi everyone Iā€™m getting depressed lately. My Dr.has started me on high blood pressure medication. And my bowels only function once every two weeks Iā€™m tired and get sleepless nights. Does anyone take high blood pressure medication that does not constipate them?

I tried Linzess and it didnā€™t work. I use Benefiber, bowel softeners and Dulcolax. I have yet to figure out the best with the Dulcolax. Was supposed to take 2 a day but I quit that because it had meā€¦ read more

I Feel My Bladder Is Now Effected By My IBS. ? Could That Be ?

I am 67, had a hysterectomy at 26. My lower intestine were connected to my uterus and had to be cut away. I have had IBSD for 18 yrs and now feel like my bladder is being effected. Could that issue way back then cause me more issues with my IBS? Anyone have a similar situation.

I have IBS-C and what can I eat so I donā€™t get stopped up in my intestines or colon also I have short gut syndrome I know cheese will do me more harm than good and I have to take some kind of medication to make my bowels move, thank you

Seems like youā€™re all gas but I take Charco caps and they seem to help with gas or heartburn

DX is medical term for diagnosis. EPI is Endocrine Pancreatic Insufficiencyā€¦.. not enough digestive enzymes are produced by my pancreas. Canā€™t afford the ā€œCreonā€ prescription for that so I try to useā€¦ read more

Feeling Of Having To Move Bowels

Most times, after moving my bowels I have the constant feeling of still having to go. I do go a lot but it takes many bowel movements until the feeling goes away. It is miserable. I am happiest on days when I donā€™t go at all!
Can anyone else identify with this and is there anything that helps. Thanks.

Mine too. Constipation for almost 2 weeks, and then diarrhea for a week. I suffer from migraine as well. I am afraid I'm going to get fired. šŸ˜’
