The diet seems to be really geared towards IBS-D especially from what I can tell. I know when I first tried doing it it helped the bloating, but made everything else worse, because I was following all the low fiber (and often pretty heavy) recipes on Pinterest... not great for constipation or someone whose gut is triggered by heavy foods. I have a constant pressure in my RLQ. I cannot lie on my right side otherwise the pressure turns to pain. Multiple CT show nothing. It’s frustrating.

Most times, after moving my bowels I have the constant feeling of still having to go. I do go a lot but it takes many bowel movements until the feeling goes away. It is miserable. I am happiest on days when I don’t go at all!

Mine too. Constipation for almost 2 weeks, and then diarrhea for a week. I suffer from migraine as well. I am afraid I'm going to get fired. 😒
