It seems that I have to pay for physio every other week. It hurts like hell and sore for a couple of days then ok but within the week it starts to build up again. I seem to be ibs-c more often than the other way but it's the muscle and joint pain that's getting me atm. This has been happening more since my June flare up

My brother noticed my fingernails and asked how long they had been like that. They are predominantly white with a pink band at the top. I also have vertical grooves in them. Anyone else have this. Just wondered if this was something to do with IBS.

Not every night but some nights my ibs likes to acted up. Like having to go to bathroom at least twice before bed. And sometimes I have nasuea with it. I wish my doctor would keep my refill of promethazine for nasuea going without having to go back and forth to the doctor office. We know I need it for ibs and my chronic migraines. So why must I keep coming back when it's the only nasuea medicine she can prescribe to me. All the others I have horrible side effects too. So can anyone help me with… read more

Any one hear a squelcy noise in the bowel? So embarrasing

I was diagnosed with peri-menopause and the last couple months have been brutal. I've missed work because of my migraines and nothing slows the IBS down at all. I get very down sometimes with this because it is an unseen disease. And if you don't have it others don't understand what you go through. I can be fine for a week and then bam. Episodes are horrible.

Are these common with IBS. Tried searching on here for anyone who may have similar but nothing has come up.

I have a big one, anyone else.

Lomtil or Co Phenodrone is the only thing that really helps bad IBS Day days, but it is no longer available in the UK. Loperamide is not enough on bad days and although Codeine helps I don't want to use it during the day or become dependent on it . Any suggestions?

I suffer from IBS and unfortunately so does my 26 year old daughter and my 5 year old grandson.We find that food is the biggest trigger.. Can toxic thoughts and emotions cause digestive disorders like Irritable Bowel syndrome

Most times, after moving my bowels I have the constant feeling of still having to go. I do go a lot but it takes many bowel movements until the feeling goes away. It is miserable. I am happiest on days when I don’t go at all!
Can anyone else identify with this and is there anything that helps. Thanks.
