Does Anyone Else Get Body Aches When There IBS Is Flaring Up?

I was just wondering does anyone experience body aches and fatigue with IBS? Last night after I went to sleep I started having body aches and was like NO!! I can.t get sick... I know personally I retain a lot of fluid during my flare ups. But I've gained and I really don't eat much when I do. I've gain up to 20lbs being sick and all I can do is sleep through it.

Fiber Supplements For IBS D Making Things Worse!

Hi, I am new here. I have had what I believe is IBS-D for many years. About 15 years ago I saw a GI doc, had a colonscopy, and was told to just take a fiber supplement. The fiber supplement made me much worse. Last year I was tested for Celiac and the test was negative. I have also tried a gluten free diet without success. Also had a test for my pancreas and that is normal as well

Hi all. I'm almost certain I have IBS. Mygut never feels amazing. It's always rumbling or I'm gassy or bloated or I have cramps or I have loose bowel movements or I struggle to have a bowel movement.so yea I guess all symptoms of IBS..today I'm looking for suggestions.
